Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our goods that are tested and proven and want customers to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers fairly and respectfully that they, in turn, are fair and polite with us.

RETURNS: Due to sanitary purposes, Joaquin Manuel LLC goods are non-refundable.

DEFECTS: We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each set is checked 1-3 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email jmanuel@joaquinmanuel.com your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right. 

EXCHANGES: Joaquin Manuel LLC does not conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
